NOTE: This opportunity has expired or is an event which has already taken place.

Date: Friday, December 1, 2017
Time: 10:30am – 12:00pm
Location: Quidi Vidi Brewing Company, 35 Barrows Road, St. John’s

The Department of Tourism, Culture, Industry and Innovation, Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency, and Newfoundland and Labrador Organization of Women Entrepreneurs, invite companies to attend an information session about the UK market, doing business there and opportunities for Newfoundland and Labrador.

Tony Aggarwal with Kinetic Cubed, who is based in the UK, will be our guest speaker. Tony has over 25 years’ experience in international business development, having held senior positions in large, medium and small businesses. Tony co-founded Kinetic Cubed, a consultancy specializing in helping small companies, economic development agencies, universities, and others to navigate the intricacies of international business development. Tony’s work with Kinetic Cubed has taken him to Atlantic Canada repeatedly since 2009, where he has done internationalization work with all four Maritime Provinces, with projects covering strategy and market research, matchmaking, organizing trade delegations, and other bespoke efforts. Given his varied career Tony is knowledgeable about the internationalization process in both large and small firms, and has a clear view of global supply chain opportunities and how small business can take advantage.

This is also a great opportunity to network with other local companies, chat with government and NLOWE, express your concerns and make suggestions for future events.

Please RSVP by November 29, 2017 to Deborah Youden at dyouden@nlowe.org or Tonya Norman at tonyanorman@gov.nl.ca.
